I still have fond memories of growing up in Oak Cliff.
Swimming @ Kids Springs during the summer months. Waiting for the ice cream man Mr. Reed (correct me if that's wrong) in the afternoon. J.L's grocery store on Bishop and Pembroke Chase grocery store on Llewellyn near Twelfth street. The Texas and The Wynnewood village Movie Theatres. Stories of "The Lady of White Rock Lake"... and much more. With the passing of time clouds my memory. It's good to have the Alumni Acorn and the familar names and stories of days gone by.
Lost my Mother, Marie Gardner to Cancer in 2003 - my Dad passed away in 1969.
I am in close communication with my brothers and sisters. All Adamson Alumni. I have enjoyed many successful years in the field of finance. My husband Bob Sanders is retired and is very
caring husband. He and I reside in Ellis County.
I am now a professional children's entertainer. My skills include face painting, magic, games and balloon art.. I enjoy the holidays with my volunteer work which will be explained in the attached article recently published in the Ennis News paper.
